How to connect by listening
Are you tired, annoyed or sad to have people around you, who you really care about and what to connect with but somehow they do want to talk to you? or if they talk they don’t really say what is going on?
in this workshop we are going to share skills with you that help create safety for the most shy speakers...
some of the things we will be teaching are:
what prevent people to talk?
how can we create safety?
how can we support the other person to get clarity? sometime people don’t talk because they feel something but they don know how to put it into words.
how to listen in depth and full presence.
how to deal with our own pain and or frustration when people don’t want or can not talk to us.

How to listen without getting bored
Do you have the experience sitting with people, that just speak more words than you enjoy to listen to? Did you ever observed yourself listening politely to someone that keeps on repeating a story over and over, while you would be very happy to get away?
In this workshop we are going to learn how to bring life into conversations that are engaging for both people. How to change a monologue into a dialog, and how to stay engaged and support your conversation partner so that there is deep understanding.
